Welcome to studibo. These Terms of Use («Terms») govern your access to and use of the studibo website and its AI homework-help features (the «Service»). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
About the Service
studibo is a free website that uses artificial intelligence to give students step-by-step help with homework across every subject. You can ask a question, paste a problem, or describe what you are stuck on, and Remy — our AI study assistant — will walk you through it.
The Service is meant to help you understand your work and learn, not to do your work for you.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate
The answers, explanations, and worked steps you receive are generated by AI. They can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. Always double-check anything important — especially graded assignments, exam preparation, and factual claims — against your textbook, class notes, or your teacher. Do not rely on the Service as your only source for decisions that matter.
Academic integrity
studibo is a learning aid. It is designed to help you understand concepts, see how a problem is solved, and build your own skills.
- You are responsible for following the rules of your school, course, and instructor. Many schools have specific policies on when and how AI tools may be used. It is your job to know and follow them.
- Do not present AI-generated work as your own where that is not allowed. Submitting AI output as original work when your instructor prohibits it may count as academic dishonesty.
- Use studibo the way you would use a tutor: to learn how to reach the answer, not to skip the learning.
We cannot know your school’s rules, and we are not responsible for how you choose to use the help you receive.
Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful or harmful;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- use it to generate content that is hateful, harassing, or otherwise abusive;
- misuse it in a way that violates your school’s or a third party’s rights or policies.
We may limit or suspend access if the Service is misused.
No warranty
The Service is provided «as is» and «as available,» without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any answer will be correct.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, studibo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service — including academic outcomes, incorrect answers, or lost data.
Changes
We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
